After enrolling in camp, parents will be sent a Woodwind Farm release form which is required for all equine activity while at the farm. Please either return this form in an email or bring to the first day of camp. Riders will not be allowed to participate with the horses if they do not have their release form.
For Horse Lover’s Camp: Pack a snack, lunch and bring lots of water. Our 9AM-2PM camp time allow riders a lunch break between all of our fun, horse related activities!
For Little Horse Lover’s Camp: Pack a snack for your child and bring lots of water. Our 9AM-1PM camp time allow riders to enjoy as much horse time as possible with a snack and then head home for lunch.
Riders are required to wear long pants and closed toe shoes (boots or a good, sturdy gym shoe are preferred) or their proper riding attire if they have it.
Riders will not be allowed on the horses if they are wearing shorts or open toed or inappropriate shoes (flip flops, crocs, flats, etc.) Helmets will be provided and sanitized to riders who do not have their own.
If you have any special requests, please don’t hesitate to ask, we will do our best to accommodate if it is within our abilities.
